Refund policy
Once order is confirmed, the customer has a narrow length of time to message or call and request refund or exchange. Once a livestock order is shipped, there is no refund or exchange outside our DOA policy. For dry goods, returns are accepted within 30 days for new and unused products. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers must pay for return shipping.
All coral is guaranteed live on delivery. Someone must be available upon first delivery attempt, where a signature is required. In the rare event of a DOA, please leave the coral in the bag and email a picture within 4 hours of delivery. A refund or replacement will be organized immediately. Any shipping delays beyond our control including but not limited to weather, mechanical failure, or other "acts of God" which result in a loss are not included in our guarantee. (For this reason, we may contact you and delay your shipping to avoid severe weather conditions.) If you'd like to schedule a shipping date, please leave a note at checkout or contact us.
