This tannin-rich wood easily sinks and is great for planted tanks and aquascaping. Helps naturally lower pH, antibiotic properties, great for shrimp, plants, and Amazonian fishes. Moss and other plants can be tied or glued to the surface. The biofilm that develops on the wood is a great food source for caridina and neocaridina shrimp.
